EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal 

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This right applies to all items including sale items.

Return Policy

 We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
